THE POWER OF THE COLLECTIVE
If you spend any time at all with Paddy Kelly you are sure to hear this sentence multiple times. A message that Paddy cannot communicate more clearly and with great examples to justify the extent of the power he refers to.

To share a few examples for inspiration:

Stephen's Hall
In 1989, led by Gerry McNaulty and Peter Reading, a group of visionary Aer Lingus pilots embarked on a groundbreaking venture, collectively investing in Dublin's first all-suite hotel, Stephen's Hall Hotel. Today, this establishment stands as one of PREM's landmark properties, known as PREMIER SUITES. The story of PREM Group unfolds from this pivotal moment, shaped by dedication, partnerships, and a commitment to excellence. They represeted 20% of the commercial development and by transforming the apartments (built in 1989) into an aparthotel (in 1990) there was tax incentives. Paddy was introduced in 1995, saw the opportunity and bought the group.

Over the next decade, under the leadership of CEO Jim Murphy, PREM Group forged international connections by partnering with Choice Hotels and Wyndham Worldwide. This collaboration fueled property expansion programs into the UK and Belgium, birthing serviced apartment brand PREMIER Apartments in the UK, alongside the development of Days Inn, Days Hotel, and Ramada Brands.

A wonderful venture made possible by a collective of unexpected investors.
